Dr. Damavandy is a wonderful dermatologist and is very knowledgeable in his work. He's by far the best dermatologist I've ever been to. No long waits, friendly staff, and always a satisfactory visit! Doctor Damandavy listens to your problems and gives you a variety of options and diagnosis'. He will never be in a rush. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's in need of a dermatologist.

Dr. Damavandy is very patient and takes his time with your concerns. He makes recommendations based on your needs. He is friendly and trustworthy. The staff is very nice as well. The office is very modern and I like how they have all the forms electronically on the ipad at the moment of registration. I was able to make an appointment very easily. I highly recommend this practice.

I've come here a handful times and have met with Dr. Damavandy each time. My experience has been nothing short of excellent each and every time. The facility is clean and quiet. The front desk staff is friendly both over the phone and in person. Dr. D has great bedside manner and is patient and takes the time to address any concerns you have. I've never felt rushed. I've never waited for longer than 15 minutes from my appointment time. Also, there is bottled water and snacks available for grabs in the waiting room. A bonus for me personally was that I've had to bring my baby with me to my appointments, and everyone was very accommodating. I've also brought my baby for his own appointment here and on one occasion, they've been willing to have him seen after hours, which I really appreciated. Although I can't speak to any actual skin procedures or surgeries since mine were all minor appointments, I would still highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dermatologist in the area.

Dr. Damavandy was thorough, friendly and gave me advice about an over thee counter cream I could get to solve a problem that others had told me I would need to buy much more expensive prescription treatment for.

About 10 years ago my primary care physician recommended I see a dermatologist on a regular basis as I had significant sun exposure over the years; particular during childhood. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Walia, who I have been seeing on a regular basis since then. She conducts a full body exam twice a year and has identified one skin cancer and several pre-cancers. She is very thorough and patiently listens to my concerns. I have confidence that Dr. Walia will keep my skin in good health for years to come.

Dr. Walia is friendly, professional, expert and kind. She puts you at ease the moment she sees you, and clearly explains procedures, remedies and recommendations. She treats a number of our family and we all love her. I highly recommend Dr. Walia to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist.

Just finished another visit with Dr. Sunny Walia. I have been to other dermatologists before, and none of them can compare to her. She is thorough, caring and fully explains the what and why of her treatment. She is widely known for her dermatologic expertise as well as being a highly regarded laser surgeon, however, she also a top notch skin cancer specialist. In addition to all the other lesser skin cancers she has found on me during full body exams, she has also found three melanomas. The fact is I am alive today because of Dr. Sunny's ability to see what others have missed.
I also want to give feedback on the truly amazing staff at District Dermatology. All of them are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. When you arrive for an appointment you know right away you will be well taken care of. Thanks to all of the District Dermatology staff for making each patient visit so pleasant and welcoming!

I have been a patient of Dr Walia‘s for the past 10 years and have been very pleased with her knowledge about the latest injectables and lasers. She also has a wonderful bedside manner with all three of my children that have been to her for eczema and acne .
My in-laws both in their 80s have been going to Dr Walia for many many years now and she has caught different moles that have been cancerous and she was able to remove them in time .
I trust her implicitly and would recommend her highly . I find it very hard to find a caring dermatologist that will actually take the time to listen to what you have concerns with and not just what they think you should have done to your skin. I have been very pleased with the natural look of the injectables that I have had from her .

So delighted to find Dr. Walia at her new practice. She is a caring and very competent medical dermatologist, who has diagnosed several squamous cell carcinomas. And Sunny Walia is also an experienced laser and cosmetic practitioner who has made enormous contributions to my sun damaged and aging skin.
